Men of Peace

Who We Are:  The men's group of Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church started for the purpose of developing the spiritual life of the men of the church.  The men meet the second Saturday of every month at 8:30 a.m. in the church's education building.  

 

Service: One of our missions is to feed the homeless and hungry.  An average of 100 are served each week on Thursdays in Peace Cafe by the men's Group and a great many other volunteers.  Three weeks of the month we serve hot food, and the second Thursday we serve sandwiches and soup. Thanks to the generous donations of the members the church and other group, such as the "Souper Men" who prepare soup on the second Thursday, we are able to have something hot each week.  Spiritual nourishment is provided in the form of a devotion given by a member of the men's group, at each meal.

 

Join the Men of Peace for a continental breakfast, devotion and fellowship on the second Saturday of the month.
