HONDURAN CHILDREN: Special offerings will be accepted for scholarship funding for Honduran children who are interested in continuing their education beyond the sixth grade.

Honduras is the second poorest country in Central America. The government provides free education to all children through grade six. For poor families it is a great hardship to pay for children's eductaion beyond the sixth grade. Most of these families work with less than $1000 a year.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO SPONSORING THREE CHILDREN THIS YEAR, with a stipend of $350 per child. This scholarship provides for uniforms, transportation, books, school supplies and tuition.

...that it's Christmas. You are a college student, attending school on another continent, and you can't afford to go home for the holidays – but the dorms are closing and all of your friends are headed home. What will you do for the next two weeks?

JACK AND DEE STONEBREAKER are taking names of volunteers who want to offer hospitality to students during the Christmas holidays (December 18th throughJanuary 2nd). Christmas International House is a Christian ministry designed to promote better understanding of our country by finding room and board in Christian homes for foreign students who are unable to return to their own homes for the holidays.
