Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church
Sunday, August 30, 2015
With parents and families as partners, Peace Memorial is called to nurture children in their commitment to Christ and community, through scripture study, stewardship, worship, fellowship and Christian caring.
We welcome children - even squirmy ones - in worship. Realizing that our younger ones sometimes become restless the Christian Nurture Council has arranged for children's worship bags.
If parents prefer, children can attend Children's Enrichment which meets during Sunday worship. Children begin the worship service with the congregation and then go upstairs together to their classroom after the Children's Message.
Children gather following the Children’s Message to enrich their worship experience in ways that are meaningful to this particular age group using Whirl Curriculum. We offer two classes—for children ages 3-7 and children ages 8-12 if needed.
Children's Choir rehearse and sing during the school year on Sundays at 11:45 a.m. For more information please contact Carol Alexander, Director of Music, at 727.446.3001.
